Very nice store and good service

Today I experienced a terrible incident in the store. After buying 2 lamps on Saturday I wanted to mount them yesterday. Unfortunately, when opened, they turned out not to be the same lamps that I indicated in the shop, and also 1 was heavily damaged by scratches. So I went back with the lamps to the shop to which I wanted to address the employee to walk to the relevant lamp. This was on the phone and wouldn't help at first. Then he sent his colleague (believe a 14 year old boy) to help us. He did not speak good Dutch and did not understand where I once again gave the (think) owner a signal to come. He came up very angry and said he is busy calling and we should discuss it with the boy. I indicated that I did not want this and just wanted to start my story to which he interrupted me by being very aggressive (both talking loudly and physically getting closer to send me out of the store). As a 34-week pregnant woman, I didn't want a big fight thinking about my health. I let my mother take care of this and wanted to run to the car. Mister then walked back to me and shouted very loudly that he is not a dog and that he did not want me (us) in the store. After I left I got very anxious and trembled with anger resulting in a car accident. Here I am in the hospital. I'm definitely going to sue you for the fact that diary was treated so aggressively and rude in the store as a highly pregnant woman but I shouldn't be treated like that as a non pregnant woman. Mister wanted to hit me and push me out of the store.

It is that I have to give a star, but what a balls service! If you come to buy two bicycles from another city, it appears that something is wrong with 1 bicycle we go back you are simply dismissed with t hear and straight in your face laughed at! And sir happily runs away! And let me be a child! Yes you can not or you want a voucher for a bike that might come about two months !!!!!! I came here sometimes but now so never again !!
