Don't ever buy there. They have no respect to their clients. And after their response it's clear that they are also liers. I've never faced such a rude response in my life. I bought three towels, described as extra thick, handmade etc. One of the towels arrived is used and clearly washed at least once. They all are very thin. Colors look cheap and not even close as it's showed on their web-site (I have calibrated professional monitor). On my request to return the used towel store responded in very rude way, that towels were custom made for me and they will not accept them back. Used towel was custom made for me? That means that quality control is below zero in this store. Not to mention manners of the staff. I'm gonna start the case to simply return money via bank to credit card. UPD. Service at this store is that bad and rude that they dare to leave a response about me having a photoshoot with the towels and after using them I want to send them back. If you would have brain dear unLuxury by nature you would check that I'm a food photographer. Food. Photographer. I'm working with big brands and have no reasons to photograph towels xD It's ridiculous. You are ridiculous. And you are LIERS! It would be better for you if you would just be polite and agreed that your quality control is bad. But you are too arrogant. Never buy at this store if you respect yourself and your time and if you need quality products. Just an advise.

I ordered the wallpaper from Italy. The customer service was excellent, I received everything within a few days and in excellent condition. A special thanks to Erik who helped and supported me in all phases of the purchase. I highly recommend Luxury by Nature to everyone.

Via de website zowel een 5 liter blik als een 2.5 liter blik little green verf gekocht. Het blik van 5 liter bleek bij ontvangst fors beschadigd ( kon niet rechtop staan door de deuk die er in zat in de bodem). Mogelijk ook niet volledig lucht dicht meer. (Dit werd door de klantenservice echter ontkent, zonder het blik in handen te hebben gehad) In overleg hierover werd het risico van verzending volledig bij mij als klant gelegd. De mail wisseling was ronduit bot en in het telefonisch contact werd er op geen manier rekening gehouden met een klant positie vs/ verkopers positie. Als alles goed gaat mogelijk een oké bedrijf, maar als je iets van service verwacht is een beetje klantgericht denken te veel gevraagd. Service is dus echt heel slecht te noemen.bij dit probleem is er geen oplossing geboden. Het artikel mocht niet geruild worden. De zelfde artikelen worden ook elders aangeboden, dus ik zou vooral voor een wel klantgericht bedrijf kiezen.
