When we came to buy the kitchen, we were well helped by Dominique. Once the kitchen was ordered, we were called two weeks later with the message that the tray we chose was not delivered in the correct size. Back to the store and selected a new magazine. A week later we were called again that the 'new' magazine we had chosen could not be of the size we need. Very annoying to choose another sheet, because of course our preference remained with the first sheet. When the kitchen was delivered and we wanted to install it, we discovered that there was too little an electrical outlet drawn on the technical drawing. When we indicated this, the mistake was totally brought to us and a sales employee knew nothing about the technical conditions of a kitchen. He didn't even know what an outlet and plug was. Making mistakes is human, but admitting them neatly and resolving them neatly is certainly not done by the kitchen competitor. We also ordered wall cabinets with a body color anthracite. When the kitchen came in and we saw that the bottom and top white was called right away. We would get new ones that were 100% anthracite on the top and bottom. Another half day off taken to receive the delivered kitchen cabinets, and again not the right cabinets, because both the top and bottom were white. Called the head office again and all they can do is meet you with a flower. The service is really worthless and human errors are not admitted, but are returned to the customer. And if your sales employee does not even know what a socket / plug is, I think that is disgraceful.

But, if you decide to do the peripherals and drainage yourself, because that is not included in the price, you may be confronted with surprises with the brand (hob in my case). In my case, the location of the perilex connection was, according to the pipe diagram, just too far for the standard lengths of cables at hardware stores. Well, then I wonder if you yourself are not electrically skilled how you should solve that. Advice: if you want to connect it yourself, always have the perilex connection in the middle of your hob subscribe to the piping diagram. Because, the standard length of perilex plugs with cord at the hardware stores is 1.5 meters. This is not a criticism of Kitchen Competitor but more to help others. PS. If you read well, it is also a tip for the designers of the piping scheme. Draw the connection in the middle of the hob. Are you always comfortable? 👍

'Many' kitchens for 'small' shop.

After a problem with mailing. so we did not receive a pipeline scheme .. luckily we had a very good kitchen setter who helped us a lot!
