The shipment to the southwest of France was done as agreed and exactly to the day.
We are therefore very satisfied, the only minus point was that they did not bother to remove the splinters with sandpaper.

Great service. We had a small problem with the dimensions of the ordered lounge set. This was immediately picked up by extremely friendly and helpful staff and the complete set was exchanged within 3 days.

(This review has been modified) After delivery issues with their transporter TransMission, the goods arrived the next day. The materials were packed reasonably well, but in any case were not damaged. However, we were found to be missing a considerable number of fasteners during assembly; one of the manuals also seemed to be missing. By the way, I solved this myself by getting the remaining materials from a hardware store.
As far as the products themselves are concerned, the quality is reasonable: this seems to have been pushed through the thicknesser quite roughly and the traces of this are certainly visible. Given the appearance, this does not have to be an issue for everyone, I expect, but if you want 'super tight' then you will definitely sand again. I also found the construction of the table a bit weak so there are now some heavier window corners underneath.
As I had previously been in contact with the supplier about the delivery, they proactively approached me to inquire about the experience. When they heard of the above, they sent a can of wood protector as compensation, which was already received the next day. All in all, a positive customer experience - they certainly go the extra mile if necessary!
