That was the straw and that is why we went back to your store. During our conversation the adhesion and the dullness / gloss were indeed discussed. You even showed me samples of different types of paint. (Extra mat, mat etc.). It appears that extra matte paint is also available. The normally matte paint is seen as silky gloss for you, those are your own words. It graces you that you want to invalidate the story again. It would be even better for you to accept the estimation error of your employee ... and perhaps your own and to put your hand in your own bosom. The adhesion of the paint can also be disputed. Applying a trial version to an MDF plate is a different story than a fixed wall (which was neatly whitened and ready for a tan).
