Outdoor tiling and flooring retailer. Plenty of options to choose from. Staff is knowledge and friendly except for some lady that answers the phone and sounds like her holidays are three years overdue. My order didn't run that smoothly but they corrected it and it all worked out. They have an outdoor showroom and detailed catalogs. Most products need to be ordered in advance, some are kept in stock.

Last Saturday we made an appointment to choose tiles for our garden. At first the road worker who was working there asked how things were going. He said someone would come to me. There were 2 salespeople dealing with customers. After waiting more than half an hour and a salesperson who was now done with his customers but started doing other things, approached this gentleman that I had an appointment at 4 pm. He said oh then other people are probably helped in your name. Not so handy that you do not ask names of customers. I was briefly assisted, given a brief tour and no offer was made to draw up a quote. I need 200m2 of tiles! Do not understand that a little more attention could be paid, understand that it is Friday afternoon and you want to go home, but this was very customer unfriendly!
