Heel jammer dat het zo is gegaan! Heb eerst een eettafel gekocht het is toen PERFECT afgehandeld! Lampen en Meer was de enige die deze tafel kon leveren uit eindelijk opgehaald in het magazijn niks op aan te merken 5* Week later winkel bezocht 2 lampen en een glasschilderij afgerekend die jammer genoeg niet op voorraad waren ik wilde ze het liefst meteen mee nemen. Het zou bezorgd worden binnen paar dagen na een paar keer bellen appen mailen eindelijk een reactie week later werden de lampen bezorgd zonder glasschilderij die hadden ze niet mee gekregen, ik pak de dozen uit ipv 2 zwarte lampen kreeg ik 1 zwarte en 2 gouden! Nu probeer ik ze te bereiken tevergeefs er wordt beloofd dat ze je gaan bellen en oplossen tot op heden NIKS ik ben van plan om morgen daar naar toe te rijden en het spul terug te brengen!

Don't order here! Scammers delivering poor quality junk from china. Worst thing is they don't provide service after this if something goes wrong. Aggressive owner and you will be blocked on everything if you ask for solutions. Please don't support this scammer they are so unprofessional and you are literally paying for junk! I was able to throw the so-called stuff away after six months because nobody reacts and I can't do anything with broken furniture

They present it nicely but fail to fulfill their duties. I have been ordering something for a long time and still not received it! You will be told they would check it. Well not! No more hearing! I made inquiries myself at Post NL and what appears my TNT app already indicated that the package had not yet been delivered. But they don't refund money! They do not respond and do not give money back. Indeed folks be warned! Guarantee to the door and customer-friendliness if you have paid, but after that they don't let you know anymore. I wish I had read the reviews on google first, it would have saved me a lot of suffering and money. Update. After sending a notice of default I got a call the next day from lamps and more and was told it took her a while to respond as they had to figure out track trace. The table was no longer in stock and therefore never shipped. I do not know why they have offered this product as in stock. But I would get my purchase amount back. I have received my money in my account within 48 hours.

My order would come in 2 parts. 1st arrived in wrong color lamp 2nd order would be delivered within 3 working days. So never received it. Get no response at all for the wrong lamp and items that have not been delivered. Post.nl also called who say as long as we do not hear from the sender, we cannot initiate anything. And even those said I am afraid that you have lost your money. Emailed again, but no response at all. What bad service. Never buy here !!!
