After 30 months, there were some complaints about our couch. Bought this at Riant Breda for more than 4500 euros. To look at the defects it cost us 120 euros. The manager differed behind the terms of sale. So never again lavish. The IKEA diagonally opposite is doing better.

Very disappointing way of communicating with the supplier and customer. Follow-up of the placed order is substandard. The customer is the victim of internal miscommunication and is even blamed. We do not think this is appropriate for a company that sells exclusive items.

Riant Stoutenbeek Breda receives its customers very hospitably and promises cows with golden horns, however, the reality is different until the moment of purchase goes well, then almost everything goes wrong. The promised information, agreements, drawings and callback promises are not fulfilled for the furniture that is delivered, the coffee table was incorrect, the dining room chairs were wrong and the sofa also showed defects. After a new appointment about 2 months, the dining room chairs were good, but again I got the wrong coffee table and after a paltry excuse they again ordered another coffee table where we again had to wait 2 months for I did receive an offer to keep the wrong coffee table at a discount ????? I have to wait another 2 months for my sofa to be repaired. I would advise against anyone to buy from this supplier or you should not mind paying the top price and being treated badly then you are in the right place. Fam Jumelet
