Etos

Visited the new Etos this afternoon. Beautiful decor. Only where it was so wonderfully quiet in the old building, she played music again. As if there is not enough music on in enough stores. I told a staff member that I was very sorry about this. The lady in question, in my opinion, reacted indignantly and said that she loved it, otherwise she thought it was too boring. I let her know that, for example, people with autism cannot handle this at all. She said in a condescending tone, "yes, you can." I let her know that I was disappointed with her response and she said again, 'yes, you can'. I have never been approached as unfriendly by an Etos staff member as I am now. I no longer come to this branch. Hopefully they will keep their quality at the van Bergenplein.

Really everything available and very friendly staff.

Fine store. Good service. Large assortment.

Only 1 member of staff is present on Saturday afternoon, if someone is helping someone in the store, there is nobody at the counter. Worthless service
