I didn't get an employee on the phone to send you an email. Now I hope they will soon spell these out.

Lousy customer service. Pharmacist simply tells rain customers that he doesn't mind losing customers. Employees expect people to understand what they are saying through a glass door with a spinning truck in the background. They have lost us as a customer!

Sometimes a long wait, friendly staff always give good explanations and always think in solutions.
