1 year ago we bought a rug from the brand Bic as showroom model. However, over time, the top began, especially the edges to let go. it looked worn after 1 year. Despite showroom model, we were offered a brand-new garment of a similar brand. this while the manufacturer did not take his responsibility. Novalis took the responsibility, a big compliment and thank you for the excellent service !!!
