Not available by phone. I had to call for a repeat prescription or it would not be served. Called three times today at different times, starting fourth waiting, came to waiting first and after two minutes waiting first heard the following message: "Very busy right now, please try again later?" After which the connection was disconnected ... I don't mind being on the line for half an hour, I can do that regularly at Ziggo, but throwing people out of the queue is really next level antisocial ... How on earth do I request my repeat prescription like this?

Not available by phone! Choice menu consists of 5 choices, but all have an automatic answer. You will not be given any opportunity to speak to an employee.

Super bad service, medicines are never ready, always have to return 3 times

It always takes a long time before you are helped. Also for Corona always a minimum of 15-30 minutes waiting time whatever time you arrive
