This apotheek has the worst and the slowest service. Personnel is completely incompetent. Opening hours are awful. If you have a job-you can never come to this apotheek. And today I almost had to fight with an employee to give me a receipt, not just confirmation of payment. I wanted to see all the items I bought printed on the receipt, they gave me just the total amount I payed. I am switching to a different one.

Bad service.. my friend had an EU licensed prescription from our own country (in EU also) and they said that they cant give the medicin to us because prescription is not from Netherlands. It's written in law that if we have a prescription from other EU country they have to accept it. Its weird that people who work in such a important place cant do it well.

Never think along with the customer !! Always choose the easiest way for them! And staff are grumpy or even unfriendly 9 out of 10 times! A smile would not be out of place and turn a complaint into a strength! A customer service course is in order in this case! The only calling card is the delivery lady!

What a terribly Nasty pharmacy. I do not think along at all and constantly give a different type of (cheaper) medication, despite my allergy and the request of the doctor that it is a medical necessity. This did not happen once, but several times. You must have tried all the cheap variants first before you get the original brand name. These are the rules madam, will you get an answer as soon as you call about this. They even do this when it comes to important heart medications. Just outrageous. This pharmacy caused a lot of stress. I switched to another pharmacy and they gave the medicines without any problems. NEVER go there. Unless you want to take on these unscrupulous employees.

Very unfriendly staff. Quite expensive compared to the Radboud pharmacy. Don't go here. Medicines are usually still out of stock a few days after notification.
