Overall a good experience. We went to the store to get an idea what to buy, but left there with a sofa. So that was a good sign. They have a lot of variety and that makes it easier to make a decision. The salesman was helpful. Didn’t receive our sofa yet so I can’t review the after sale yet.

I had great experience on sofa purchase with Woonsquare, they understood the requirement, took customisation request, provided Competetive pricing. The sales executive was professional with good knowledge of the material and listening to our requirement well.

I bought a furniture set from them (more than 5K) in June. The set was delivered late in August with 2 big pieces seriously damaged with deep scratches on "Vitrine", broken leg of "Dressoir", broken foot piece of 'dressoir', and un-tuned doors on all of them. You could tell this from the poor way they had wrapped the pieces that it happened on the road. After 7 working days they sent me an email and made an appointment for someone to come in October. Slow client-service process, inefficient delivery, long waiting time to talk to someone in client service and ineffective/irresponsible problem solving. It does not match the quality of service which you would expect when buying a quality product.

the shop was recommended by many friends and family. After that we decided to pay a visit. The people are nice and they really try to help you find what you want... Would really recommend this store to others.

Overall very positive experience. People were very hospitable and gave you enough space and information to make a good decision. Would definitely recommend to others. Waiting for my furniture and positive post sales experience as well.
