A very pleasant team in a fantastic company, where the word service is still written in capital letters and listening to the customer is central. For this kind of thing, google should make a few extra stars available! After we bought new mattresses, some physical discomforts arose for me. After reporting that, the response was: "We're going to fix this!" and my complaint was accurately identified. Then they immediately consulted with the supplier of the mattress to discuss what the best solution would be. The final conclusion was that a different mattress core gave the best chance of a good result. A few weeks later, the mattress core was changed free of charge, and the problems were indeed perfectly resolved. I now lie on a fantastic mattress and sleep like never before. My best shopping experience of 2019, by far!

We have been with Droomland for about 10 years because we know that we get good and honest advice. The service is super, 100%. Even if a product unexpectedly does not turn out well, it is always solved satisfactorily. Recently passed by, now for a new bed. Thanks to their excellent advice in choosing, and service during installation, I now wake up every day rested without pain in the back, great!
