Unfortunately this Etos doesn't make me happy every time. And that is not because of the offer, but because of the staff. The girls don't seem involved and I even get the feeling that you are too much as a customer. They don't point out promotions, don't give your free product, don't think about your customer card. You are not welcomed while they walk right past you upon arrival .. No, this is not what you expect from an Etos unfortunately.
