It is normal that it takes a while to get the medication that has been ordered. It is normal that it may take a while because there are so many people waiting That it .... takes an extremely long time, even though the medicines were registered more than a week in advance normal. That it .... then even has to be prepared (looked up) is definitely abnormal. Can't wait for the KLUIS !!!!!!! But I am afraid that this one will also work very inefficiently.

Unfortunately, I have been without medication for a number of months because, after having received a fax from the hospital 3 times with a doctor's statement, they did not have my statement, or could not order the medication, or spent the wrong medication! In the end I always went to the hospital to get my prescription! Very disappointed!

Friday 8-9-2017 ordered medicines for 3 months and Tuesday 12-9-2017 to pick up. There was 1 medicine for 1 month instead of 3 months. Called Wednesday and agreed that medicines will be brought today (9/15/2017) but unfortunately they are still at the service point. Is it so difficult now to bring medicines for older people ??????
