General experience is that we are quickly helped in the pharmacy. On average 3 to 5 minutes waiting time. Friendly staff. Recently seen a number of new employees in the pharmacy. They work very accurately and are very customer-friendly. Medicines are always ready and therefore we do not have to wait long and there is time to ask questions. This pharmacy also provides proactive advice on medication use and which medicines should absolutely not be used together. It has sometimes happened that the prescription was not yet received, they are not difficult about that and have experienced that they themselves contact the GP practice to get it done. Another advantage is that you can always park easily. Always places and it is free. Also nice that there is a delivery service, which makes it easy if you have difficulty walking. I also found registration handy; you can just do that via the website. Everything is arranged online. Gives a familiar feeling and you are not a number, but you receive genuine attention from the staff. And that attention gives you a good feeling as a customer.

She doesn't keep up with the delivery, and she treats you very badly in the phone, and personally, they often don't have medicine in stock. After all, they meddle in your personal life! That's why I left them for a long time! Not recommended!

Nice staff and very neat and clean pharmacy. My medicines are always ready. Get clear instructions and if I don't understand it will be explained again. Feel at home with you!

All around and around out bad !! Just another problem with this pharmacy. Declaring medicines that I have never had. Blaming me and my doctor for getting this lost. And in the end, the medicine is on their shelf all this time. Today another problem with this pharmacy. I want to have my medicines delivered. But I am told that this is only free for older ones and I have to pay. I am seriously ill and can not even get my house let alone get medicines. Delivery is still possible after consultation. Also discussed that it is not possible in the letterbox because I am limited in my mobility. Will it be put in my mailbox .. I'm furious! Staff is incompetent, customer friendly etc etc. Save yourself misery and hassle and never go to this pharmacy !!

I have rarely seen such disinterested staff. Never good morning. They really cannot laugh; ws then tear them. I always get away very sad. So do it from height. I hear no different from people, so hopefully something will be done about this.
