A well deserved star. For me it starts with good communication and keeping agreements. Unfortunately now waiting for an appointment for 4 weeks. Called several times myself to make an appointment. They promise to call back. Unfortunately, these commitments are not being honored. There is an understanding of busyness, especially when there is communication. Here I went to the competitor. Kitchen purchased in spring 2020 for our new-build house that was placed on 13 and 14 Oct 2020. We went to kitchensale based on good internet reviews. After first having been to two other sellers, who in our opinion asked ridiculous prices, had an orientating conversation at Keukensale. We thought along very well in the design, with good advice and in terms of price we finally arrived at what we had in mind. Our contact person was Zacheus, who is also the owner of this location. He also gave the measurements for the cove, which we first made, and the three tall cupboards now fall away, as if they fell into a wall. This also worked out perfectly in terms of sizes. Communication in the run-up to delivery has always been clear and Keukensale has always been flexible in this regard. The assembly was done in the past two days and this also went smoothly. We are very happy that we bought the kitchen from kitchensale. In terms of communication and planning, quality of the kitchen and especially service. You regularly hear horror stories about kitchen suppliers, but luckily we didn't have to experience any of that at kitchensale. Really recommend!

We have a kitchen from here with complete satisfaction. Unfortunately we had some problems with the kitchen worktop and splash edges. unfortunately there was a crack in the first delivery. This is neatly solved, even in the corona time they managed to do this. Neat service and good quality

From the survey on April 15 to the present day (July 12), no appointments have been made. Pity. I didn't need a whole new kitchen, just new doors. Apparently that's not important.
