On the advice of some people in neighbouring houses we went in to Brugman Leeuwarden. The kitchens all looked very big and out of our price range and we were about to walk out of the door again when the 'host' invited us to have a chat with a kitchen consultant and immediately made us a coffee. As my partner does not speak Dutch the consultant immediately switched to English. He listened carefully and then set about drawing a plan for us. Tea, coffee and snacks appeared and we were made very comfortable as Klaas (who we later discovered was the branch manager) explained the many options available. While working away he also kept us informed and entertained and we felt very unrushed, walking round the showroom several times to compare different options. While the final kitchen we decided on as definitely at the top end of our budget, we feel confident that we have got excellent value for money. In addition, the way we were treated was something I will certainly be using as a case study for my students about hospitality, hospitableness and hostmanship (I am a Professor of Hospitality Studies so I should know something about this!). As we were leaving after our final meeting my partner turned to me and said "that was not buying a kitchen, that was an experience". Thank you Klaas and the team who looked after us.

If was possible to put 0 star could be the better for the Brugman. The most bad service ever! My boyfriend and me bought a bathroom and was for to be ready in 5 weeks, is 5 months already and still not ready! They promised so much good things, but in the pratic, is very difficult. So much problems we had and have!

Looked at various stores and requested information and prices, but nowhere helped as well as with Martijn de Jong of Brugman. Thinks very well. We advise anyone who wants honest advice to go here. Other salespeople just think about making as much sales as possible. Apparently we had canceled too much of a budget at Martijn. When we told the budget he asked if the money should also be used. Well I and my girlfriend said rather not. Martijn indicated that he could also fulfill our wishes for less money. In the other cases, we were told that our budget was difficult or was not going to work in relation to our wishes

Very pleasant experience. We received expert assistance and ample time was taken for us. Where we planned to visit several kitchen companies, we without any doubt immediately opted for Brugman and a second or third meeting with another kitchen company was no longer necessary. Recommended for anyone looking for a kitchen!

Bought a complete kitchen with all built-in appliances at Brugman today. Expert and business advice, very pleasant seller Casper Vis, competitive price under favorable conditions. In short, a very good place to buy a kitchen. In January of this year, we bought a very complete bathroom from Brugman, and that purchase and delivery was also to our full satisfaction.
