Mister does not rise from his chair

Nicely decorated shop and fantastic service, very happy with my new office chair!
Staff (older man) is very unfriendly. You will be refused to re-order items, you must then order it via the site where additional costs will be added.
It is also possible via Scoupy to receive a discount code, which can be obtained via the app and is valid until 11-01-2013. I was refused to give a discount;
Excuse 1; the discount was no longer valid. After showing that the promotion was valid until 11-01-2013 I received excuse 2; It had already been reported to Scoupy (6 months ago) that the store no longer wanted to give the discount.
Then I got the message; "I'd rather keep the seat than give me the discount".
Unfortunately I really needed the chair, otherwise I would have left it.
