Approx. Bought furniture for 3,000 euros 3 months ago. Now the top of the sideboard starts to tear. The chipboard appears to have many cracks inside the cabinet. We did not see this during the delivery. Who looks inside the cabinets what the ceiling looks like. We still needed a bed and reported the complaint before we bought the bed. Response was, of course, this will be resolved, but you must contact our service department for this. We bought a bed in good faith. When we get home we report this to the service department which will respond the next day. Because it was too long ago, you are unlucky and we cannot do anything. Quite a chance to deal with your customers like that. So this was also the last time. They want to sell but do not resolve complaints. It concerns a dresser of 1200 euros. You can expect something more. Supplement: As a result of the above review, contact has been made again and today everything has been resolved. Glad it turned out well in the end. We bought our furniture with pleasure and the saleswomen were helpful and nice.

Well helped by skilled lady. She was not pushy but present at the right time.
