We bought the kitchen in July and it was delivered within 6weeks. All boxes were delivered perfectly. Moreover, both gentlemen Joey and Louis are very friendly and helpful. Every time we asked something they answered or helped with a smile. Overall wonderful experience and I strongly recommend Keukensale Eindhoven.

Heel slecht bedrijf. Daar kom je achter als je betaald hebt. Komen afspraken gewoon niet na en hebben geen verstand van zaken. Ze schuilen achter zogenaamde wettelijke regeltjes. Niets menselijks aan. Je wordt behandeld als een hond en ze staan al klaar voor een rechtzaak. Dat is hun spelletjes en ze hebben het geld dan al. Ik raad iedereen ten zeerste af om met dit bedrijf zaken te doen.

We found it very difficult to make a choice of the kitchen and set-up, Joey and his team have helped us excellently in this and advised us how to go about everything. Because it was in a hurry, Joey himself took the trouble to drop by on his day off to check everything before making the final order. We would certainly recommend this location to everyone, especially because this is one of the few kitchen stores where no pressure is put on the customer to make a decision as quickly as possible, we were even asked if we were 100% behind Joey's advice and his team. We would like to thank the Keukenale Ekkersrijt team for their efforts and we will definitely come and have a cup of coffee soon when we are on the Woonboulevard👍

Slechte service, onkundig en onvriendelijk personeel. Zodra het geld binnen is is het gedaan met de service.

As many say here, we have also been persuaded to sign a contract with Keukensale, because if we left the house without signing, the promotion would no longer be valid ... Unfortunately signed anyway. Had a lot of hassle with the price / quality ratio. In principle, the delivery went well, but after the kitchen was installed by freelancers, it had a lot of hassle. It has been said from Keukensale that this is our own problem. Okay, but why do you recommend these self-employed people to us who don't even come and correct it because it is too far? While when we made the purchase at the kitchensale they said that the whole of the Netherlands came to order a kitchen so that was no problem? And you also just have a kitchen sale close to home, so why not communicate to solve the problem ... well. Then the wood of my dishwasher broke due to assembly (maybe also due to poor quality) ??? This was supposed to be delivered to my home, but due to an error of the delivery person, it ended up in a kitchen store further away and I have to pick it up again instead of being said '' sorry mrs. it is a mistake of our deliverer we will send it to you '' ... No I have to get it myself. My husband posted a review here a month and a half ago and we were immediately approached by Keukensale with the question whether we want to remove the review and that they would solve it anyway. In principle, neatly addressed (we thought), but we have removed the review and the agreement was that it would be followed, but I still haven't heard anything so far! Then why call and say you want to fix it and then don't hear from you? So we decided to write another review and this time he stays on it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am amazed by the good reviews that are now there. I leave the judgment to the readers. + not well advised about the kitchen and kitchen cabinets afterwards. After installing the kitchen, we were even told by many family and acquaintances that the layout could be different and better, so that you could have more space and also several drawers etc. Afterwards I can also say that we were badly advised, while you at that time thinks to be well advised.
