We ordered a couch on June 20. I've been waiting for 20 weeks now and not yet a sofa And I keep being told I expect a load and hope that your couch is included. Even been to the store a few times but they can't help you there either. There is nothing to criticize or criticize about the staff, they are friendly and cannot do anything here Normally when you order something you would say with the delivery that the old order first goes out the door. And they throw it but keep coming because of the Corona. The factory had to close. When I asked they still have to make that couch, they said no, it was made, I would then say in the truck and deliver it, but it doesn't seem to work that way. In a little while I will be forced to take other steps. Went to the store this afternoon. And got my money back, I think the service is a 10 Thank you for the understanding you had for me Once again the customer center and in the store they can't do anything about it

August 23, a whole furniture set ordered from you, it would have 8 to 12 weeks delivery time .. they are now over and we still have not heard anything bit a pity that we have been in our house for some time without furniture that we really wanted now made extra costs to have something to stand ... I keep calling and hope that we will hear something soon greeting mrs van ginneken
