Bouman & Potter

Not the cheapest option but ordered a custom-made wardrobe from them, thinking the service and quality will meet the price tag. Order arrived as planned after 7 weeks, but missing half the drawers! They said they were not delivered by the factory and therefore it will be another 6 weeks to get the drawers delivered. No explanation, no tracking, no email to follow-up. I am not even sure if I will get them. And I paid the full price! Pieter Bouman himself handeled my order so I expected decent service. Hugely disappointed and will never order from them again.

poor customer service!!!!! We bought a dining table almost a year ago, 2 times delivered wrong (delivery time 16 weeks per a wrong table). For the third time although it is promised to be delivered in a couple of week instead of 16 weeks. It is being postponed by mail continuously .No explanation, no apologies.... Although they promised to call, they do not call and inform us about delivery.

Nice shop and friendly staff, only the service afterwards is to cry. Deliver the wrong bank and take no action. We have been after it ourselves. E-mailing to months of calling to be considered rotten dirty. The sofa was delivered after all. A compensation for the wrong you have made. No, it does not exist. Sorry for all those phone calls or emails, no, that doesn't exist either. Never again would I buy something from your store.

General: Very friendly staff in the store, and a very nice and tidy store. But terrible delivery and service afterwards. Delivery once it finally arrives (in warehouse) takes another almost 2 weeks! My story: Sofa with armchair ordered mid-July, with an expected delivery time of 16 weeks. We thought fine, delivery would be early November. When the delivery date had arrived and we had not heard anything yet, but raised the alarm, it turned out that there was indeed a delay. Very strange that you have to ask for this yourself, because they will not keep you informed about this (All this goes via Poortvliet). New delivery date? December 14, more than a month later. This is of course not very strange with all this corona happening, but it is still very strange that we only learn this when we ask for it ourselves. Then the products are finally in on the 11th, I get a call on the 14th for a delivery moment. First possibility only on the 23rd. Now I have really lost all my patience and yet quite dissatisfied, understand if there are many products, but then wait more than a whole week after such an immensely long time? After all this extra long wait, I had at least expected that they could deliver it a bit sooner once it arrived, but now waiting for the actual delivery for almost two weeks is really too far. Now we have it (with great luck) just before Christmas, for something we ordered in July. A great pity, because in the store they are friendly but not pushy, which gave a very nice atmosphere.

What a pity! Tried to call 4 times, to reach no one. after 45 mints on hold you are simply thrown out (up to a few times). Transferring or passing something on to a colleague is apparently very difficult. Then I thought to try via e-mail, also very difficult to reach through that route ... my confidence in this company is gone, if they deal with customers who would like to buy something, I am glad I did not buy a product. (and possibly have a complaint).
