Dr state 4 months ago I requested a route description that seems stiff almost every week and their mn medication will be delivered nicely so no route description I do not need since my doctor is also there

Never seen something like this, it's just an automat on the spot whose function is difficult to explain. Apparently, you get a recipe with a card and you're done. There is nothing here without a recipe.
