PLEASE STOP FORCING US TO USE YOUR PLASTIC BASKETS The disease will spread more fast. We dont know how clean they are! Its insane being forced to use one to go in the shops!? Could you come up with another solution? A Hand held tally Clicker Counter?? or Get an Abacus? Even a homemade one, please, there is other ways that work other than this... I want to grab few items and go home fast. I can surely take them in my hands. PLEASE work on this🙏🙏🙏 is critical!

An employee did not want to give me an offer that was visible on their site and that I received at another branch. And the company manager was too scared to speak to me when I asked about her. The reasoning was "you were lucky that you got it at that other store but not here". She wouldn't even give me a leaflet that was just behind her. I feel very disadvantaged and treated very rude that is not how you deal with customers. I tried to report a complaint about this to customer service but it was not accepted. I was told it was a mistake that I got it at the other store for that price. And that it was a mistake that it was on the site that way. I think that is their problem and that I should get what is offered. Otherwise it is misleading the consumer. How can you be entitled to an action at the site and a particular store but not at the other? It's the same store I suppose. It concerns the Kruidvat on the Langestraat in s'Gravenzande.

Very satisfied with Kruidvat many premium brands for very low prices and many large packaging also very satisfied with the large range of self-care products and staff are always well aware of everything they sell, I am also very pleased with the perfume line of Kruidvat very nice own smells with each zen own identity so something for everyone and certainly very affordable I am a satisfied customer of Kruidvat leidscherijn they are all toppers there are always kindly helped
