In general a good and nice shop. Only this time there is a CD of the wrong hour on offer. I have been on hold at customer service for 37min and then I hung up, I thought this was taking too long. When I wanted to try it via chat no one helped me after 21 min. Then I gave up hope. I can't order that CD anywhere via Kruidvat for 9.99! And that makes me very disappointed. So no, poor customer service with this.

Poor customer service. There is an offer on the rack and the offer is shown on the TV commercial. When you arrive at the store, it turns out to be different. 3 boxes of 9.95. In the store 1 box for 9.95.

Unfortunately for Kruidvat: very messy shop in Deurne. Perhaps the credo is: try to put even more things on less m2. Although Kruidvat communicates "always advantageously", this is unfortunately not always the case. The competitor of the Ahold group does it in a different way and much, much more neatly in the store. A world of difference.
