I always bought my make-up, perfume etc from this store and was kindly assisted. However, I recently had a completely different experience when I went back with an article that didn't work. Eventually I got a new bottle with a sigh and support and was told that the boss was not happy. I expected more service but apparently you don't get this when you come back with a complaint. I already know where I will buy my stuff in the future, but no longer at Mooi Biemond.

i was looking for earplugs for the motorcycle .. unfortunately they were not available in Wageningen. they could be ordered only that expensive until after the weekend and I did not have that time .. The friendly employee thought along well and she sir, may I just write down your phone number then I will call another shop of ours to see if it still has zw because that was visible according to their system .. less than 5 minutes later I was back called and with good news they were still available in bennekom and they were also taken away immediately .. top 5 stars for you ... 👍👍 Thanks again for thinking along and your help…
