good morning Saw Factory, I ordered 2 shelves on December 13, it would take 4 to 5 weeks, at first I did not receive an order confirmation, so I called and then I received an email, I called once in mid-January, which is not easy with you because no one ever takes and you don't always get a call back. at the end of January I called again when the shelves will arrive, well, there was also Christmas in between, so the delivery time was 1.5 weeks longer, ok, fine..January 29 the order would be sent. February 2 sent an email when it was delivered, had no answer, February 5 sent another email when it was delivered and that I otherwise want my money back, did not receive an answer again? I understand that there is corona or Christmas in between, but what I do not understand is that the order has been sent but that you do not think it is so important to inform customers? how about this, maybe I will now get an answer that will help me?

In search of the perfect bathroom for our new home, we ended up at the Zaagfabriek for a sink top with a tree trunk front. Eventually it became two on top of each other, with four wall shelves, a shelf for above the toilet, a shelf for the free-standing bath and a shelf above the toilet, as well as two window sills, all in the same style. And if everything wasn't enough, also ordered a shelf above the built-in cistern downstairs for the toilet and two floating wall shelves for the kitchen. Very satisfied with the delivery and the end result, even when I made a last-minute adjustment to the delivery, this was no problem. Top 👍🏻

The great thing is that this company can be reached by app. I received answers to all my questions and they thought along carefully what would be the best option for us. We ordered a log board and it was neatly supplied with mounting material. Very satisfied with the result and the service of the company.

Very happy with the oak wall shelf we ordered! Very good price / quality ratio with a decent service. Ultimately a longer delivery time than initially expected, but understandable due to all current circumstances.

13-11-2020 now ordered a window sill shelf 8 weeks and 5 days ago, the delivery time of which would be 4-5 weeks. In week 7 asked about the status. The order is ready and should be shipped that Friday (week 7). In week 8 asked where he stayed as I had not received a shipping confirmation. Due to the large quantity, the order was not taken and would be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday (week 8). I immediately received a tracking code to be able to see once it has shipped. Unfortunately the order has still not been shipped on Friday (week 8) and it is difficult to get hold of the Zaagfabriek for an update. I fully understand the hustle and bustle and situation, but I would like to know where I stand. I hope the shelf will come soon, because we are now dependent on it for the rest of the jobs in the house that require the shelf.
