The engine of our box spring twin fell off just like that. But I really didn't remember where we had ever bought the bed, somewhere in the Achterhoek, at least 15 years ago. After a few rounds of phone calls I ended up at Van Dam in Kesteren, who sold that brand, Eastborn.
Two days later they fixed it at no cost. Thank you very much.
