bought a lounge set last summer 2020. with thick pillow.
but soon the cushions collapsed in such a way that it is not pleasant to sit. email to come up with a solution. they did! they sent me a bag of cotton mats to fill it up. that was a joke of course which is not going to work. After that I have been emailing endlessly, and the solution would be that I would pay another 25 euros per pillow, so that I would get firm kisses.
I have indicated that I do not want to pay more for my lounge set.
now sent dozens of emails. and get no more sensible answers. now winter and not yet resolved.
the sales are very skillful. but if you have complaints, the skill is quickly over. very disappointing this company.
Well succeeded at Tuinmeubelshop Veenendaal. Can't wait for it to be in our garden🥰 We were friendly and well served.

Not happy, we wanted to buy a garden set a month ago. Was 6 weeks delivery time. We also wanted to buy the showroom model, but that was really not possible at the time. They never did. We will come back 6 weeks later. Garden set was not available again. Ship is on its way and the showroom model was gone too mmmmmm. Response is not our fault but someone else's. Very unfortunate.
We recently bought a very nice garden set at the garden furniture shop in Bergen op zoom. The service is great and the set is delivered super fast.
It is definitely recommended to buy something.
For me it was the second time that I came there and served very well twice.
