Dear Franssen Kitchens, In January 2020 we visited your showroom in Venray and our attention was immediately drawn to the kitchen that we eventually bought from you. During our visit, we received extensive advice from one of our colleagues, who proved to be of great added value. In our search for a new kitchen, we also visited other kitchen specialty stores, but with you we immediately got a good feeling and confidence in your expertise. Expertise which was evident in the advice on the composition of the kitchen, kitchen layout, which equipment, where and what height of worktop (there is a difference in height between partner and me ;-) choice of materials etc. With all these choices you were of added value and we also felt the experience, which we received as an added value. During our construction, you have taken the initiative to stay in touch with us all this time and you have been flexible, as we had encountered some delay. Even after assembly and final assembly, you stayed in touch and our satisfaction was regularly checked. Now that the kitchen has been in use for a while, we can no longer say that we are extremely satisfied with the choices that were made in your showroom at the time. A few months ago bought a kitchen at Franssen kitchens in Venray. Great help and received very good advice. Placement would take place at the end of December. This could not be carried out on the planned date due to external reasons. Franssen kitchens has been very accommodating and flexible by moving the placement for 2 days so that we could still enjoy our new kitchen before Christmas 2020. Great service.

Franssen Kitchens has proven to us that a local entrepreneur is not inferior to the larger kitchen chains. Not more expensive and the advice was focused on the customer and perfectly tailored. When our old kitchen needed to be replaced, we had the idea ourselves to keep the design of the kitchen and only go for new appliances and cabinets. Once there they took ample time for us and we walked out with a modern and contemporary design, but drafts suited to our wishes. We are very happy with our new kitchen, great service, good communication and a beautiful finish placed by two professionals.

We have bought a kitchen here that we are more than satisfied with! From the beginning everything went very well, despite the Corona crisis they were able to deliver us on time thanks to Jaarno and his team. The mechanics have also worked very well! 👍🏼 We really recommend Franssen kitchens to everyone!

For the second time we went to Franssen's kitchens for a kitchen, now for a kitchen in our new home. We received great advice and a design was made. Our wishes and budget were taken into account. The engineers have placed the kitchen carefully and neatly. We are still very happy with our French cuisine every day and will therefore heartily recommend this company!
