After almost 3 years mattress completely broken, pieces come loose completely. Photos sent with explanations, but no this is not covered by the warranty .. It says on the door with a 5 year quality guarantee, not so! I will never go here again!

bought a box spring and it would be delivered assembled, they call you on appointment we are already at your house, daughter of 12 was home alone and the bed was already up when I was home within 5 minutes. We had to put it together ourselves !! That was not allowed by the saleswoman because of the guarantee !! Stucco full of scratches. Eventually there is a solution they come back after 6 weeks to install it yet !! Really service, we can sleep on the floor. Housing of the engine was also broken, after 2 weeks of new received, but of course also screwed in again. 2x also received no response to the mail via head office. Too bad 2 stars for what could easily have been 5 stars. By simply responding and solving things. We did receive 2 value vouchers of 25 euros for the damage to the stucco.

Ok, they have pretty cheap stuff here .. but I'm crazy about the completely unnecessary request to give my zip code if I buy a fitted sheet ...
