Bought expensive bed. Deliverers supposedly did not get it. Left everything downstairs. Called customer service .... they went looking for a solution and will call me back.
They still have to call ... what a lousy "Customer Service"
In the evening with a neighbor's bed lifted upstairs and mounted. Also be able to bring your own packaging and old mattress.
Beterbed promises everything but does not keep agreements. I think it is a very bad company
Great help so far, but the stuff still has to be delivered.
They order the wrong bed. Whether I also want to pay for the right bed and get the money back later. Not done of course. The next order takes weeks to arrive. Staff don't know who the computer is working!
Super and friendly helped by nelly Leilijst good explanation and above all a lot of time and detail taken what our wishes were.
Were out and now have better bed quality.
A bed that will last for at least 30 years, and guaranteed a matter you can rely on.
We went home very satisfied ..
