I had to return my electric bike to ITEK for repair. I have never experienced such treatment as here before, I genuinely lack words and do not know what to do next. I gave them the bike for the first time, probably in mid-November, they called after about two weeks with the information that I can pick up the bike. They told me that the next day they were open as usual, until 6pm. Of course, when I arrived around 4pm it was closed. After a few days, I picked up my bike, it cost over 200e, allegedly some parts were missed. However, I had not yet reached the center of Venray and I was already showing an error on the screen. I tried to call them right away but apparently they shut down right after I left, even though it was too early for that. After a day, the bike stopped working and I drove it to them again. For about three weeks I did not receive any message or information, so I finally called them one evening. Then it turned out that the bike was "ready", apart from the fact that the errors continued to show, but the bike worked otherwise, I was advised to ignore them ... There was no point in arguing, because no one from the ITEK staff uses English enough to communicate with me on some more complicated issues. Of course, it was a little suspicious that when the fitter, to my question "when were you going to inform me that the bike can be picked up?" He replied that he had just "fixed" it ... I felt treated like an idiot once again. Unfortunately, simple logic indicated that the condition of the bike would not improve by itself, but at best it would worsen, since there were errors at this stage. However, I didn't expect the bike to break down after two days. Now it doesn't even turn on anymore, so it's in worse shape than it was when I gave it to them. Oh, and my battery key is lost ... I also attach a picture of the brake, which I took recently on the site. It was the same the first time I picked up the bike, but trusting the "experts" that I hadn't checked anything until I got home. That's why now I knew where to look. As you can see, such things are not the case at ITEK. Of course, there were more such trifles or shortcomings. I can't believe you can work like that. If I had done this at work, I would have lost my job quickly. It's not that I have any exorbitant expectations ... What they did to me is a simple cheat, which also threatens my safety on the road, because I don't know how the bike will behave. At the moment I'm already resigned and confused, I don't know what to do with this case. Maybe someone can advise me something? On the one hand, I have already paid them so much that it would be a shame to pay for repairs in another service again. On the other hand, I am already fed up with ITEK and I would like not to have to cooperate with them anymore. I adhere to anyone planning to take advantage of their dubious quality of service. P. S. Two or three days after this review, a few others, and making a detailed complaint, I got a call from the manager with a proposal for a replacement bike. When I showed up at their place in the evening, I got my bike, everything indicates that it is fully functional. Other details that I brought to their attention were fixed. In addition, the battery lock with two keys included in the set has been replaced. Of course, no additional payments. The manager was very nice and obviously involved. I must honestly admit that. Recently purchased bicycle turned out to be too difficult to operate. The seller took all the time to help and eventually returned home with a new bicycle. Perfectly helped Chapeau
