We came to Super Kitchens in Horst to inquire about a new kitchen, but our experience there made us decide to turn around immediately. There were no other customers in the store, seller saw us pass up to 2x but did not respond to us. When we went to get him for advice he slumped with his feet on another chair and came to us with an uninterested attitude, if we wanted information about a kitchen we just had to make an appointment, even though we were the only customers we didn't help and he went back to his lazy corner. Super kitchens in Horst will therefore not earn a cent from us The next day we went to Superke kitchens in Roermond where we were properly helped and a quotation was drawn up for us. We are now comparing the various quotations that we have also had from other suppliers and will make a choice shortly. On behalf of Super kitchens we received a beautiful bunch of flowers as an excuse for the treatment in Horst.

A Kleine 2 years ago bought a kitchen at SK Horst. After a few months after installation, we experienced problems with the position in combination with the length of the spout of the tap. Emailed SK several times and presented our problem. Several months passed through this email contact, through our own fault. After all, we had already received an email with the request to come to the branch. After almost 2 years, we went to the branch and looked for a suitable (literally and figuratively) solution. 1 week later we could pick up a new outlet for the tap for free. Super! Getting a kitchen from SK was more than expected. After all, there are plenty of pushy salesmen at competing kitchen stores. This was not the case at SK, always with a listening ear and as far as possible transparency and clarity in price, Service, quality of places and material, Super!

last week the kitchen neatly delivered and we assembled it ourselves, very good price-quality ratio. We had a similar kitchen drawn at the competitor and we ended up with 7,000 euros more expensive and then to consider that we now have a granite top and better equipment compared to what the competitor wanted to sell us.

I would like to give my compliments to Ricardo Scheaffer and his colleagues from super kitchens in Horst. There is good thinking with the plans that we had. Ricardo has a good insight and feels flawlessly what you mean. We had planned to demolish a wall, but thanks to his good advice and substantiated criticism, he saved us a lot of demolition work. No question is too crazy and the coffee is always ready even when you have questions outside of your appointment. Customer-friendliness is of paramount importance and we laughed a lot. We can't wait for the kitchen to arrive!
