Ordered a furniture more than three months ago, when I call them when it will be delivered I am informed that well, we will not produce this table anymore - after more than three months waiting, disappointing!
What great service!
At the beginning of this year we had ordered a sofa from the Rotterdam Alexandrium branch, but it turned out on delivery that we had made a huge estimation error ... unfortunately our new sofa just didn't fit in. Now what?
Luckily there was Aad;
A very kind and understanding man, who; after hearing the situation was immediately very willing to come to a solution together.
The motto of Aad: If plan A is unsuccessful, there would always be a plan B or C. And so we found a tailor-made solution.
It was worth the wait! Our beautiful sofa is finally where it belongs: in our living room!
Thanks again to Aad but also to Maurice, Maurice the driver and his cheerful colleague, and of course the rest of team Haco Alexandrium!
