Woonplaza also provides very good service during this period. Chair leg also replaced for free after a year and a half !!
While looking at the wide choice of lounge chairs, our eye had also fallen - in addition to the one we had bought - on another beautiful stylish lounge chair. We only doubted whether the color matched our interior. Upon arrival at home, Sam immediately called and he reserved the relaxing chair in question and we picked it up the next day. The chair was neatly packed with the correct stainless steel frame underneath. Sam arranged wonderful compliments.
We have bought a very nice black leather design lounge chair. We really liked that nothing was too much and we were given ample time to make a choice together from the beautiful collection of chairs. Sam is very helpful, relaxed and not pushy and thought along with us.
A leather three-seater sofa sagged somewhat after three years.
This was reported to Woonplaza in IJsselstein, where this sofa was bought by us, and immediate action was taken.
The sofa was picked up from home free of charge and quickly repaired by the manufacturer of the sofa in question.
The repair costs were many times higher than Woonplaza charged us.
Tribute, this is true customer-oriented service !!!
We recently bought a very nice recliner from Gealux and were helped by Sam, the owner. 5 stars totally worth it! The delivery, a week later, was done by the regular driver, who is very passionate. Super service!
