All started hopefully for a custom desk. There was a somewhat longer lead time because of selecting the right material. At a certain point I no longer receive a response because the employee emails his colleagues instead of me (a mistake can happen). Then I get a call from another employee because my contact person is no longer employed by Bears. The 2 plates that my contact person would send now suddenly cost an extra. I had to send the new employee an e-mail in which this commitment was made free of charge. No sooner said than done, and then I don't get a response for almost 2 weeks. At this point the bar was full and I have indicated that I no longer have any interest in the Bears service. There was a reaction to that ... After a week they wish me the best of luck. Well, I wish you so too, because with these "communication skills" I wonder how much longer it will go well.

Bad experience. Product was ultimately tidy. But communication and service are far away. Error on error. Unfortunately. Apologies, very unprofessional. All in all not satisfied.

very bad finish> staff just came out of school and don't know what to do, if what asks what you get a big mouth from them, I have been working on my kitchen for 5 months, had asked if the boss would like to come and have a look, he has to give it up! the color doors I asked for were delivered incorrectly, they don't want to do anything about the extractor they have broken they don't want to know about! I have a very bad experience, I am not alone because I know from other customers who have experienced the same, if you buy a kitchen there, everything is possible, but once they come to install the kitchen, there is no measuring and the drawings are correct for no measuring and tinkering. good advice don't buy a kitchen there

Not the quality that Bears guarantees. Definitely NOT worth the money. Bad reviews are also removed. Are not design stuff in any case. Ikea delivers even better and guarantees are also better at Ikea.
