Badly helped by a young man

Rarely barked by a saleswoman because I did not have a packing slip with me that was sent to me together with what I ordered and I returned because it did not fit. And this while a packing slip is intended for the customer and I just had the invoice with me, but no, madam persisted in a bossy way that in the future I really had to take the packing slip with me, the obvious irritation splashed, while several customers were present. Afterwards called customer service and after they sorted it out, I received an apology on behalf of the saleswoman, but that does not make it any less sad that there are such secrets of saleswomen.

Unfriendly staff, understand that Corona measures are needed but get annoyed because they already think that you are going to pin or forbid you to enter 2 at the same time while you are alone ...... No this is not a friendly establishment !!
