Unfriendly staff ... The staff who are at the desk and also help. 5 people at the counter and I just wait, double what is running behind the counter. But meanwhile heard the gossip from the ladies. Mouth mask required, fine. But because my glasses fog up, I take them off and I don't see it properly. Then when someone yells "can I help you" but all 5 people keep looking down, I don't know which desk to get. Then 1 someone looked up and when I made a friendly comment about it I got no response. I know the pharmacy isn't there for kindness, but come on folks, be nice

Horror pharmacy. Put wrong products in the safe or forget half. Even if you call after it, things go wrong again. If you pick it up in the pharmacy, the service is also disastrous. One hundred men run around in the back office. However, only half of the counters open. And finally. They are closed for hours at noon because of the lunch break. Because that must of course be done together. Well thought out if you don't want everyone to come at the same time. Now with that corona thunder, people are regularly waiting outside in the rain.

As a result of a good conversation with the pharmacist, I have now revised my previous review. Employees who also think along with the patient during this difficult (corona) time. The pressure is also great for this group of care providers. Nevertheless, questions are answered correctly and medication that is prescribed is always available on time. Congratulations to the people who are also ready for the patient in this crisis! Even now that I am temporarily in severe circumstances because of a death in my immediate vicinity, they think along with me and are very helpful and supportive. They have proven that they can keep their cool under the global crisis. Let us not forget these people who are always ready for us despite the crisis!
