The delivery of wrong medicines after explicitly discussing which ones are needed (up to three times), but also the delivery of too few medicines, so that a course of treatment cannot be completed. In addition, I experienced that there were no medicines ready, so that it was not passed on by the GP (while it had already been passed on by the GP). If you then accidentally call the other BENU pharmacy in Steenwijk and it then indicates that the medicines are indeed present in the pharmacy where you were that morning, it does give a feeling that they really do not have things in order here. Sin! It is a beautiful pharmacy and directly at the doctor. But the service is just bad with us. The above examples have occurred in the past 6 months (some several times). Of course things can go wrong, but we always get the feeling that the problem is for the patient. There is hardly any customer-oriented thinking and there is also not even looked at what happened then (what was the recipe, was a recipe provided at all). If they have not delivered what was on the prescription, you as a patient may call the doctor and / or the hospital. They rightly do not give a second recipe because a correct recipe has already been issued. Because the stock is also very limited, we want to order mainly from the internet pharmacy so that it is simply delivered at home.
