BAD EMPLOYEES Not behaving well towards customers

A while ago we ordered a very nice sofa at Paradise live! Delivery options agreed with the employee and, of course, how they deal with corona measures. After that had great service, both with delivery and assembly. Unfortunately, the deliverers had delivered the same bank, but in a different color. Company called within an hour, the deliverers with the right bank were at the door. Had no irritation or discussion at all, everything went so smoothly. We are still very happy with our purchase and service from you. Thank you. Also a very nice shop! Recommended

VERY BAD EMPLOYEES !! Not customer friendly and rude towards customers disrespectful. Banel ordered in early May after 11 weeks received but damaged. I contact mister for a new sofa, I am said to wait 8/9 weeks for a new one. I tell mister that I no longer trust and that I pay part of the amount and the rest after I have received my new one. I am then blackmailed with either giving the money or returning the sofa. Delivery drivers scolded and yelled at me all over the street. Absolutely not recommended never again ridiculous disgusting people !!

Don't recommend it to anyone super bad service, delivery guy says A, store employee says B, owner says C. Super bad company

Master scammer number 1, does not honor his appointment. Delivers wrong items, then they had to be ordered again. If you go there and tell your story, you will be told that it will be ordered in 2 or 3 weeks. Then you call the owner they no longer know their name, are always in Turkey, every time you call he has just come from Turkey or is still going to Turkey. He even calls the manufacturer and I get it back on the line, the manufacturer also says in 2 or 3 weeks it will be delivered and that they will do it. Use a different excuse every time. Boycotting this fool, just wants money, customer friendliness ho.Never that I'm going to order something from a turk. Better go to Dutch stores that do honor their agreements !!!
