Divan Concept

Terrible service almost 6 months waiting and when you finally loose your patience they lie about phone calls and emails. And they keep the deposit! Very bad service.

Hassan (not worthy to be called a gentleman), the owner of Divan furniture, I see that you also respond to reviews from your customers and thereby show empathy and understanding that you have absolutely no! As a customer, I am so disappointed in you and your company! The friendly man from the sale of my coffee table turns out to be definitely not that afterwards! I was so wrong about this man. Totally unaware of how to deal with customers and how services work. After he has not fulfilled the agreements made, he has shown his "true nature". He expected me to pay delivery costs for a shortcoming of his own company. Eventually I collected the table myself. During the collection, the owner Hassan behaved disrespectfully and unprofessionally against me as a customer / wife. The way he addresses a client / wife and how they deal with this is just TRIEST !! This man is so stingy and unreliable and has no manners and certainly does not know how to deal with people. He thinks he is the king and that his customers must honor him. I gave him a 10 euro tip in the final bill with the hope that he will settle for this and be deeply ashamed. This man is a Wolf in Sheep's clothing !!! Buy your things from a company that knows how services work and does not threaten its customers!

Very poor service. A year and a half ago I purchased a couch with matching cushions. Got the couch but the cushions are not in the house so far. Always kept on t leash. And the employees (especially Hassan and Erdal) are being lied to and cheated. Too bad this!

Terribly bad company absolutely not recommended. Never get anything here again.

Unfriendly, poor service. Tip: don't buy anything from these people you will certainly regret it!
