The kitchen York Magnolia which I have order at Keukenloods is a beautiful model made of top quality wood. Interaction with Simon from Keulenloods at their venue in Rotterdam went very smooth, all my requests have been satisfied to the smallest detail. Delivery of the kitchen has been carried out exactly as planned, and the installation was carried out with a lightning speed, yet very professionally and creatively by the monteur. Not a single issue! I would highly recommend Keukenloods to any customer, especially those with a limited budget that are looking for a top-quality, custom-made model, like myself.

Today our new kitchen has been installed, everything according to agreement, tailor-made and functioning. Despite the sloping floors / walls of our 1930s house, the kitchen is placed perpendicularly. - The price was very good compared to other kitchen farmers. - Communication with / from Keukenloods was particularly good. A request for adaptation to the design, well after placing the order, was also picked up and processed without any effort / discussion. - Minor worktop damage (production / transport) was noticed by the installer himself and reported back to Keukenloods.

I would like to write a positive response but after two letters to this company still no response, I am still trying this way. At the end of November 2020 we ordered a new worktop from the Rotterdam kitchen shed and after measuring we were told that the delivery time was approximately 6 weeks due to the holidays, no problem. I called in early January to see if a delivery date was already known, then we were told "as agreed. Last week of January" okay fine. January 25 last we received an email with thanks for ordering a kitchen and a notification for a meeting appointment. Hey a kitchen, but I didn't order that at all and the measuring had already been done. After telephone contact I received two different answers, namely a mistake from the factory and a colleague has just entered your order. The report was that it would take another 3 to 4 weeks. After having sent two letters about this still nothing has become wiser and the letters are not even answered. I had to cancel my appointment with someone who came to publish the magazine in the last weekend of January and I had to pay for it plus that we could not make a new appointment. I am now very expensive and the delivery takes ridiculously long. Not recommended, so you should buy your kitchen or something somewhere else. Or maybe it is the case that this company is running fast for a kitchen order of 10,000 euros instead of a worktop of about 1000 euros. Unfortunately not recommended !! Mrs. Sluiters
