I rarely give feedback but had to write this review so everyone can save money and time. Don't do business with Bosch Bedding. The unprofessional service aside, it's almost a certainty that you'll need an alternative sleeping option for a couple of months (after the agreed delivery date, which is 6-8 weeks already). Just scroll through the reviews and see that late delivery is the rule, not the exception. Delays can be tolerated, especially when there is proper customer care. But there was none. On the contrary, you'll encounter chaos. Employees displaying uncivilized behavior, screaming to each other while you wait on the line, and being extremely impatient with customers. On top of all this, I've experienced: - not answering mails - not answering on WhatsApp - never being called back - difficulty communicating basic stuff - ambiguity - delays on every step And when you're fed up and just want to cancel, they hold you hostage - requiring a 30% cancellation fee. And you most probably don't have the time and willpower for legal proceedings, so you just wait it out regretting your decision. So, in summary: Avoid... Do yourself a service and just avoid. PS This was the treatment I received as a customer buying a super king size electric bed (a purchase on the higher end) and once they locked the deal, any type of customer care disappeared. The bed itself is okay, but not enough to compensate for the service received. BoschBedding, satisfied customers bring more revenue than acquiring new ones. Recommendations are how you make the most profit on the long run.

Worst service ever! No order updates, no one picks up on their contact phone number and they refuse to answer any queries via email! Do not order from them!

I'm waiting soo long for my bed

Ordered a box spring on location on 17 October. They indicated that it would take 6 weeks and have still not received a bed to date. Every time I have to go after it myself to get more information. It has now been 4 months and they still don't have a date. Certainly not order from them.
