What a shame how the employee is very customer friendly there? they were not kindly asked if we wanted to take the basket but really not in a normal way so when I say that you can say that in a normal way and that she has to diminish her tone, which I was like right away walk out of the store but she also screamed that after we wanted to leave the store?!?!? Because she is carrying on, we say something about it?!?!

With this Kruidvat it is often difficult to shop because armies of employees are running back and forth, because these people have to fill boxes during shopping hours. It is quite disturbing; I am regularly overrun and there are usually large carts in front of the shelves that make them difficult to access. Too bad that this is not possible outside opening hours.
