The staff in Drogisterijand + Parfumerie where inside is Post.NL is very rude and impolite !!! Especially the big fat "lady". She refused to speak english even if i cannot speak Dutch,(she spoke english my last visit) and refused to send my package to Europe because the Czech republic does't exist.. as she told me.... Probably this branch of Dutch post is only for dutch citizens ! Peek of stupidity and ignorance...... Never more !!!

Helped by phone very unfriendly: As PostNL Punt, a package would have been delivered here, but once in the store this turned out not to be the case. To make sure that it was not delivered a day later, we contact you by telephone so that our customer does not have to go back to the store for free during working hours. We are informed by telephone that we are not looking for a package by phone, but that you have to come by for this. After we have explained the situation, we simply receive a 'computer says no' answer. Tell us what the difference is to look for a package when someone is waiting on the phone or at the desk.
