I bought a wok pan with a stem from the Blokker brand here. After about three uses, the handle of the pan broke. They asked for the receipt at the store. I didn't have one. They also went to the trouble of checking all my debit card payments in the store - but those from the pan did not appear. They were very friendly and put a lot of work into it. There I stood with my still visible brand new pan with broken stem with a very large "Blokker" on the bottom. Nice not that I got my money back. Even with the Action they sell better quality.
